On a PC I would advice the player to do a clean install of the game and mods. Sadly I have little knowledge of how you can access the filesystem on Xbox. Now, deactivating a mod is not the same as uninstalling them and removing the files. Thus, something is messing up your files. We know for sure that Sim Settlements works on Xbox when correctly installed. One clear indicator of this is that you say that it still doesn't work when you only have Sim Settlements as the only mod. There still can be a minor combination bug of course, but most likely it's something gone wrong at the local system/installation. Which suggest that it isn't a general bug in Sim Settlements. Thing is, although you're not alone in experiencing this behaviour, you all are not all that many either. That other account, it's on the same Xbox? So the files would be the same? I can click "Auto Assign Away From Work" to OFF in the Local options, but the options in "Assignment" all seem to be stuck on ON, except for Auto Assignment. I've tried adjusting the settings in Options. I can't get any settler to "accept" the assignment to the salvage station. When I try to assign them to new tasks - or a new home plot with one of them - they don't respond to the assignment. I tried to assign a couple settlers to set up supply lines to Sanctuary. I didn't realize the mod doesn't quite work with the Provisioner option. I think I may have taken a wrong turn at Albuquerque.
